House Soft Wash
Soft Washing, is a safe way to remove moss and dirt build up on your home, without jeopardising your paint or timber surfaces. Kelly applies a safe cleaning detergent from the tops of your gutters to the base of your home, he then lets this sit before gently rinsing with low pressure. Soft washing is also eco friendly and harmless to your plants!

Clogged gutters can cause costly water damage to your home if not cleaned regularly. The rainwater also creates the perfect environment for moss growth, coating the lip of your roof, and before you know it's creeping across the rest of your roof. Kelly recommends you have your Gutters cleared twice a year, once in spring and once in late autumn to prevent damage to your home.
Kelly removes all debris by hand, flushes gutters and down pipes, ensuring everything is removed and free flowing. Then checks your gutters for any wear and tear and repairs any minor holes.

Kelly can clean any window high, low, big small. Residential or Commercial. For those hard to reach windows he uses his pure water window cleaning system. It hooks up to your tap water, filters through his machine, removing any of those nasty minerals that cause limescale build up, and leaves your windows sparkly and streak free. No need to even scrape! He also uses his trusty hand mop and squeegee, which he has mastered to a T. And before he leaves your home he does one last walk around to make sure he hasn't missed a mark, because it's quality over quantity!

It is extremely important to ensure your fireplace is as safe as can be. Your chimney should be cleaned at-least annually. Creosote builds up in your Chimney overtime, and Is highly combustible, ignited by high temperatures or even a stray spark. This can easily cause an undetected fire in your flue causing serious structural damage to your chimney and surrounding areas. Not only is this build up a fire hazard but it can stop smoke from being able to escape from your chimney, bringing it back into your home, increasing the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. On top of all of this, it is a common requirement for a homeowner's insurance company to need proof of an annual chimney clean, incase of damage caused by the fireplace.
Kelly will clean your chimney from the roof (or ground if not accessible), making sure the surrounding area of the fireplace inside is well protected first. Then he will remove the debris from inside the fireplace, cleaning up after himself leaving the area spotless! He will also provide proof of clean for insurance purposes.
